Commercial Roof Management Agreement

The DDP RMA (Roof Management Agreement) is a facilities tool that will provide you with a comfort and understanding of your commercial roof system. DDP will perform annual or semiannual maintenance and inspections of your roof, typically in the spring and the fall after our extreme seasons. Through our commercial roof maintenance services, we will provide a written evaluation and condition report. Any recommendations for repairs, either minor or comprehensive, will be made and addressed in your evaluation report.

The comprehensive repairs that we identify in the Roof Evaluation Report define the necessary commercial roof repairs in order to “Restore” your roof to extend and to preserve the life of your roof system. All repairs performed are per manufacturer’s roofing specifications and are in accordance with NRCA and FMC guideline. DDP is an approved licensed repair service contractor with all major Roofing Manufacturers.

What do I get? 

DDP commercial roof management agreements differ depending on size, access, and roof penetrations. Each roof contract will include the following per visit:

  • Filling pitch pockets as required.
  • Make sure drains are clear and waters ways are free running.
  • Visually check for defects and make minor repairs.
  • Check all flashing and make minor repairs.
  • Check integrity of all metal work and make minor repairs.
  • Visually inspect skylights and roof surface for any storm damage.
  • Clean all loose debris from roof surface.
